Return Policy

Upon receipt and inspection of your device, Swap My Cell reserves the right to issue a revised quote based on the actual condition of the item.

If you decline the revised quote, Swap My Cell will return the device to you at no charge for return shipping.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the customer assumes all risk of loss, damage, or delay once the device has been tendered to the shipping carrier for return. Swap My Cell shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or delay incurred during transit.
